Mag. Gabriele Lutter

From 1980 to 1986, Gabriele Lutter studied business management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, specialising in business informatics and corporate management. In 1987, she started her professional career at Austrian Federal Railways, initially as assistant to two director generals for 7 years and then in the central unit for purchasing and material management for personnel, accounting, controlling and law. She then joined the Federal Ministry of Public Economy and Transport, where she was responsible for all modes of transport (especially rail and international transport policy), after which she was appointed authorised signatory of Schienen-Control GmbH. In 2007, Lutter, who is originally from Vienna, returned to ÖBB as chairwoman of the board of Personenverkehr AG. On 1 March 2013 Lutter was appointed general manager of ASFINAG Maut Service Gesellschaft, and in this role she is responsible for commercial matters.
