General Terms and Conditions for annual cards

• The video toll card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• The video toll lane can only be used by the vehicle bearing the license plate for which the video toll card was issued.
• If a vehicle holding a valid video toll card is not recognized by the system (because the license plate is obscured by dirt etc.), the driver will be directed to an open toll lane. In such cases, drivers are obliged to hand over their video toll card to the toll officers. If the driver is not able to provide the video toll card, he/she is required to pay the rate for a single trip. Drivers are therefore required to retain the video toll card until the vehicle has passed the toll station.
• The acquisition of a video toll card does not constitute a legal entitlement to use the video toll lane. In the event that it is not possible to use the video toll lane – for whatever reason – the owner of a video toll card is not entitled to make any claims whatsoever for compensation.
• The point of sale will not refund any video toll card issued.
• In the event of any dispute or legal proceedings the responsible court of law in Vienna shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
