An essential element of ASFINAG’s service philosophy is to establish, expand and ensure excellent cooperation with our partners, including automobile clubs, emergency services, law enforcement authorities, TV and radio stations, etc.

In order to fulfil our goal of providing the best-possible service in the interest and to the benefit of our customers, ASFINAG and its partners assist each other wherever possible and whenever necessary.
Regular Expert Circle meetings involving ASFINAG and our partners are organised to exchange views, share information and implement joint projects.
In this context, cooperation with the Hitradio Ö3 radio station is being further expanded, a construction site award was created and improvements were made to the service station award system. The ASFINAG Pilot system is also undergoing further development.
