Service Center

ASFINAG Service Center staff speak six languages and are available on 0800 400 12 400 or by e-mail on info@asfinag.at to answer all queries relating to Austria’s primary road network. 

The ASFINAG Service Center is available to customers during office hours from Monday to Friday from 08:00 bis 18:00 clock clock in six languages (Hungarian, Croatian, Italian, Czech, English and German) as well as on evenings and night hours or on Weekends and holidays in German and English language.

Service Center staff answer all queries relating to Austria’s primary road network, including questions about road construction projects, gritting and snow clearance, road safety, service areas, noise protection, tolling, telematics and much more besides. Information on toll-related issues is provided in the following six languages: Croatian, Czech, English, German, Hungarian and Italian. All other questions on ASFINAG-related topics are answered in German or English.

Our success speaks for itself: in 2008 Service Center staff handled more than 220,000 customer inquiries. About 70% of customers asked for general information, 15% made a complaint and 15% asked for information on a specific ASFINAG issue such as road safety. All inquiries are reviewed and included in ASFINAG’s internal quality assurance system.
